Thanksgiving...and some extra!

So, Thanksgiving has come and gone and I've had my share of turkey...and there is still some in my fridge for sandwiches this week. LOL! Bryce's first Thanksgiving was jammed packed and full of family. We left our house at 11am and didn't get back home until a little after 8pm I think. Man we were beat too! Not only was it Bryce's first Thanksgiving, but it was his first with trying sweet potatoes. He LOVED them! I've been making all his baby food (he's had squash, avocados, and now sweet potatoes). Here are a couple of pictures of him with his food:

It has been great seeing how he is learning to eat and seeing his face when he tries something new. I can't wait to see his face with the green beans or peas this week. :-) Should be interesting. I'm holding off trying fruits, as I've read that you should have them get veggies first so they don't get used to the sweeter foods.

Anyway...it has been really nice being home with him. He's also trying to start crawling which I think is hilarious! He can get up on his knees and elbow/hands and he can't really figure out how to move them so he is rocking back and forth. It is the cutest darn thing in the whole world!
